A link to download the Student Guide will be sent to seminar registrants 7-10 days prior to the seminar. Students attending the course will be expected to bring the Student Guide to the seminar – either in electronic form or as a printed copy that is for the individual’s use for this purpose. No print copies will be available at the seminar.
The Student Guide is comprehensive so that students can spend more time learning, rather than taking notes. As such, the Cancellation Policy discourages registrants from obtaining the Student Guide without taking the course.
The Student Guide is copyrighted and seminar registrants agree not to directly or indirectly reproduce, copy, or in any way teach from, by themselves or others, any materials or knowledge derived in part or in whole from the Student Guide. A revised release form pertaining to this provision is provided to registrants who’ve completed the seminar.
This policy helps protect the proprietary materials that are sent prior to a seminar and ensures that the maximum number of seats are filled.
- If the link to the Student Guide has not been sent to the registrant, the tuition paid will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee to cover credit card fees.
- If the Student Guide link has been sent to the registrant, the tuition paid will be refunded minus a $250 processing fee.
- If the registrant cancels less than 24 hours prior to the seminar or does not provide notice of cancellation, full tuition will be charged. It is unlikely that the seat will be filled.
If PMT Seminars cancels a seminar, you will receive a full refund.
Per NCBTMB guidelines, registrants must attend the entire seminar to receive a certificate of attendance.
